We work with Project Broadcast. However, if you have another email and SMS provider that you’d like us to set you up on no problem! Just let us know on the payment screen. Additional charges may apply.

Once set-up is complete, we will schedule a 30-min live training to go over how to use Project Broadcast. We also provide handy how-to-videos that you can reference thereafter. 

For the initial account setup, we need the following:

• Unicity Referral Link
• Database of existing customers (request from Unicity support)
• Your email or business email with your custom URL (i.e. myname@mybusinessname.com. Please note that Project Broadcast currently allows you to use personal email but as their email service is new this may change. If you can, I suggest having your own personal business email. If you need a business email you can get one from GSuite.
• Your Project Broadcast login credentials.
• Your business contact phone number (see below).
• Profile Pic…if you’d like one!

*Decide how you will communicate with your customers. If you will only communicate through texting, I suggest using your Project Broadcast number to avoid confusion. If you will require customers to reach you via phone I suggest getting a Google number to avoid giving out your personal mobile number…that is unless you have a dedicated phone for business.

Once we receive all the required details, your account will be setup within 48 hrs or less. Not including weekends.

While the services offered above save you time and eliminate the need for you to create and copy and paste emails and text messages to multiple customers individually…you still have to check your Unicity backoffice for new customers and add them to Project Broadcast to trigger the automations. The account management service does all of that for you! We even send out the weekly science call email and replay. It’s a great monthly service that gives you back even more of your time!
