For the initial account setup, we need the following:
- Unicity Login
- Database of existing customers (We will request from Unicity)
- Your business email with your custom URL (i.e. myname@mybusinessname.com. If you need a business email let us know.
- Your business address. This is a requirement for all email marketing services. If you don’t have a business address, I suggest using a virtual address. Here’s the service I recommend (ipostal1.com) or you can use whoever you like!
- Your Project Broadcast login credentials.
Once we receive all the required details, your account will be setup within 48 hrs or less. Not including weekends.
Once set-up is complete, we will schedule a 30-min chat to go over our services and answer any questions you have.
