Terms of Service – Unicity Basic Plan

Service Overview
The Unicity Basic Plan provides essential account management services, including:

  • Adding new customers from Unicity’s back office to email & SMS campaigns
  • Sending weekly science call emails & SMS
  • Daily updates on new customer additions via Paymo

This plan does not include initial setup of templates/automations, revisions to pre-existing templates, or VA services.

Frequency & Special Requests
We check for new customers every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you have a special live event and need an extra check-in, you may request one through Paymo.

Communication
All communication will take place via Paymo, our project management platform. You will receive a daily record of new customers added in Paymo.

Subscription Terms

  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your customer portal.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued.
  • Non-Transferable: Your subscription is for your account only and cannot be transferred.

Confidentiality & Data Security
We take data security seriously. Your Unicity login credentials will be stored securely in Paymo, and we recommend using a unique password for Unicity if you use it for other accounts. Your information will never be shared or used beyond the scope of this service applies only to the purchasing account.

Terms of Service – Unicity Email & SMS Setup

Service Overview
The Unicity Email & SMS Setup includes:

Email Setup: Choose from 3 customer journey templates (up to 8 emails). Additional emails can be added for an extra fee.

  • Custom Email Option: If you prefer custom templates, you must provide all copy, images, and attachments.
  • SMS Setup: 8 pre-built campaigns (Subscribers, One-Time Purchase, Single Purchase, Existing, Partial, Order Reminder, Science Invite, and Science Replay). Templates can be customized, and extra messages can be added for an additional fee.
  • Lead Capture Form Creation *(if included in selected plan)

This service does NOT include monthly account management (Unicity Basic Plan).

Email Setup Terms

  • You may choose from 3 customer journey templates (up to 8 emails).
  • If you want custom email templates, you must provide all necessary copy, images, and attachments.
  • Additional emails beyond the included 8 will incur an extra charge.
  • A physical mailing address is required for CAN-SPAM compliance. If you do not have a business address, we recommend a virtual address or P.O. Box.

SMS Setup Terms

  • You will receive 8 pre-built SMS campaigns.
  • SMS templates can be edited or customized.
  • Additional messages beyond the included 8 will incur an extra charge.

Communication & Project Management

  • You will receive a project checklist via email.
  • All project materials must be uploaded to Paymo, where your templates will also be stored.
  • All communication will take place through Paymo.

Subscription & Payment Terms

  • This is a one-time setup service (not a monthly subscription).
  • Payment is non-refundable.
  • This service is non-transferable and applies only to the purchasing account.
