Yes, we are! We offer a full email marketing service, complete with a robust CRM and full automation. Unlike other providers, you get our full range of automation with multiple triggers and actions. We also offer an easy-to-use drag-and-drop email build and access to a library of templates and royalty-free stock images right within the platform

Depending on what package you select, your total monthly email allowance is 10x the number of contacts. For example, if you’re on the plan with 5,000 contacts you can send up to 50,000 emails monthly. Need to send more? Just contact support and we’ll assist you.

Depending on the package you select, you can have up to 25,000 contacts. Need more? Just contact support and we’ll provide you with additional pricing for plans over 25k.

No. To send SMS messages to clients we integrate with Project Broadcast which is a SMS provider. They offer affordable rates and integrate seamlessly with our platform. Use our affiliate link for 50% off first month or 10% off annual subscription (http://www.projectbroadcast.com?afmc=30)

No. You can add 1 additional user to your account for free by sending a request to support. Need more users? Reach out to support for more information.

The setup fee covers the cost of all the magic that happens behind the scenes while setting up your account to utilize our Unicity templates and automation.

For the initial account setup, we need the following:

  • Unicity Referral Link
  • Database of existing customers (request from Unicity support)
  • Your business email with your custom URL (i.e. myname@mybusinessname.com. Please note that you cannot send emails from a personal email account like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. *If you need a business email you can get one from GSuite.
  • Your business SMS number from Project Broadcast and login credentials.
  • Your business contact phone number (see below).
  • Profile Pic…if you’d like one!

*Decide how you will communicate with your customers. If you will only communicate through texting, I suggest using your Project Broadcast number to avoid confusion. If you will require customers to reach you via phone I suggest getting a Google number to avoid giving out your personal mobile number…that is unless you have a dedicated phone for business.

Once we receive all the required details, your account will be setup within 48 hrs or less. Not including weekends.
